Developed and implemented high-throughput techniques in protein biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular biology, and nano biotechnology yielding 3 patents, 2 first-authored (one in communication), and 7 co-authored publications, 3 review articles, and 1 book chapter. Produced, optimized, and validated over 13 laboratory protocols and trained 4 graduate and 28 undergraduate researchers to implement protocols. Highly efficient with protein purification, biophysical characterization, CRISPR gene editing, LNP synthesis, and effective communicator as demonstrated by serving as the instructor for 7 college-level courses and delivering more than 10 presentations to expert and non-expert audiences.
