    The short communication provides a brief overview of diagnostic biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease. The author discussed the biomarkers involved in Alzheimer’s disease. The author said that Aβ1-42 in CSF is a valuable marker in AD and also discussed the limitations its use as a diagnostic and prognostic parameter.
