Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed the landscape of legal services over the past decade. This paper examines the key trends shaping the integration of technology in the legal industry, including the rise of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and online dispute resolution platforms. While these technological innovations offer opportunities for increased efficiency, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness, they also present a set of challenges. These challenges range from concerns about data privacy and security to the potential for job displacement among legal professionals. Moreover, the adoption of technology in legal services has led to a shiftin client expectations, demanding more transparent and tech-savvy legal solutions. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of technology on legal services, highlighting both its transformative potential and the obstacles that must be overcome for successful integration.
