Biography

Amare Teshome Tefera currently works at the Department of Dentistry, University of Gondar. Amare does researches on periodontal disease, malocclusion, dental caries, and maxillofacial trauma. Their recent publication is “Prevalence and associated factors of dental caries in East Africa”. Currently, he is conducting research with his teammates on the oral health status, treatment-seeking behavior, and OHRQoL among special need school students in the Amhara region.
