Biography

Mohd Kashif has joined the Electronics Engineering Department as an Assistant Professor (Contractual) in 2018. He has more than 6 years of teaching experience. He received B.Tech. and M. Tech. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India, in 2011 and 2013 respectively. He has 6 months of industrial experience during the internship programme with STMicroelectronics, Greater Noida, India. He has contributed one research paper in a reputed international conference. He also won the best paper award for the same.

Studies on Different Doped Zn Concentrations of CdSe Thin Films

Different Zn concentration was doped with CdSe thin films by Electron Beam Evaporation method. Crystallite variation was studied for doping effect and it was found to be about 40 to 50 nm respectively. Optical band gap values are found to be modified by doping as well as annealing.
